Our service is marked by our expertise and our many years of experience with maintenance and repairs. Technical questions from all over the world are analysed and promptly dealt with by our service team. By reacting swiftly and appropriately and through customer friendliness we have created an atmosphere of trust and credibility.

Maintenance

Alongside servicing we also repair and carry out safety checks. It goes without saying that all equipment is cleaned and disinfecting beforehand. The disinfection agents we use are in line with the current DGHM ("DeutscheGesellschaft für Hygiene und Mikrobiologie" - German Society of Hygiene and Microbiology) guidelines and EU directives.

Spare parts/accessories

IPPB tube systems or bacterial filters for our aerosol therapy devices can be delivered within 24 hours. Trolleys or pressure gas hoses in varying lengths can also be dispatched promptly.

Cost transparency

We provide customers with a detailed cost estimate before carrying out maintenance or repairs and do not start until our customers agree that we should go ahead. This means that our customers are always informed about the costs.
